Try Before You Buy

Quarvik is available as a fully functional free trial for 14 days before purchase. The trial is not a limited or crippled version — it provides complete access to all features so you can fully evaluate whether Quarvik meets your needs before spending a penny.

We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and thoroughly test the trial version before making a purchase decision. The trial period exists specifically for this purpose.

What You Are Purchasing

Quarvik is local desktop software for Windows 10 and Windows 11. When you purchase Quarvik you receive a perpetual single-user license to install and use the software on your own computer. Your purchase includes all minor updates released during the current major version.

Upon completing your purchase you will receive a license key by email at the address provided at checkout. This key activates your copy of Quarvik and lifts all trial restrictions. Please allow a few minutes for delivery and check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.

Pricing

Quarvik is sold as a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions and no recurring fees. The price is displayed clearly at checkout before any payment is processed. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy

All sales are final once your license key has been delivered. Because Quarvik provides a complete 14-day free trial before purchase, customers have a full opportunity to evaluate the software before making a financial commitment. We consider the trial period to be the appropriate time to determine whether Quarvik is right for you.

In the event of a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning on your system and that cannot be resolved through our support process, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Your Data Is Always Safe

Quarvik stores all of your data locally as files on your own computer. Regardless of your license status — trial, active, or expired — your Universe files always remain fully accessible to you. We will never lock, delete, or restrict access to data you have created.

After the 14-day trial expires, Quarvik enters read-only mode. You can continue to view and navigate all of your data. Creating and editing Entries and relationships requires a purchased license.

AI Command Layer

The Quarvik AI Command Layer is a separate custom development service priced individually based on the scope of your specific requirements. AI Command Layer engagements are subject to a separate written agreement and their own terms as specified in that agreement.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Quarvik does not store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with Stripe's security standards. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards.
