Your data is complex.
Your tools shouldn't require a degree to match.

If you've ever tried to map something genuinely complex — an ownership structure, a geopolitical network, a research timeline, a supply chain — and found that spreadsheets fall apart and databases require an IT department, Quarvik was built for you.

Quarvik is local desktop software that lets you build and explore networks of connected information — without schemas, without query languages, and without specialized technical knowledge. Just create Entries, connect them, and your knowledge structure builds itself as you work.

Quarvik — Emergent Information

Built for people who work with complexity.

Quarvik is for professionals who need to understand how things connect — without waiting for IT, without learning SQL, and without forcing complex relationships into a flat spreadsheet.

Financial Analysts
Map ownership structures, track equity relationships, follow capital through complex networks of entities.
Geopolitical Researchers
Connect countries, actors, organizations, events, and timelines into navigable networks of context.
Independent Researchers
Build knowledge networks around any subject — track sources, connect findings, follow threads across a growing body of work.
Project & Timeline Managers
Relate tasks, milestones, dependencies, teams, and deadlines in a structure that reflects how projects actually work.
Laboratory Professionals
Track equipment, experiments, samples, and personnel with automatic relationship management across your records.
Logistics & Operations
Map suppliers, routes, dependencies, and inventories into a connected system that updates automatically as relationships change.

See how Quarvik connects information.

Enter a relationship once. Quarvik automatically updates every related Entry. Remove an Entry and all connected references are resolved across your entire Universe.

Quarvik Universe — Ownership Structure
Entry No. 1
Atlas Capital
Type: Investment Firm
Focus: Energy Investments
Founded: 2008
owns 22% of → Helios Energy (Entry 2)
board member → Jordan Harlow (Entry 5)
Entry No. 2
Helios Energy
Type: Energy Company
Sector: Renewable
Founded: 2014
Atlas Capital (Entry 1) owns 22% of Helios Energy
subsidiary of → Meridian Group (Entry 3)
The [Auto] relationship on Entry 2 was automatically created by Quarvik when the ownership relationship was entered on Entry 1. No duplicate entry required — and the [Auto] flag tells you at a glance that this relationship was system-generated, not manually entered.

Enter a relationship once. Quarvik automatically maintains both sides — and if an Entry is deleted, every connected Entry across the entire Universe is updated instantly.

No orphaned references. No manual cleanup. Ever.

Quarvik in a few minutes.

These short demonstrations show how quickly you can begin building connected information in Quarvik — no setup, no schemas, no technical knowledge required.

Creating Entries and Automatic Relationships

Watch how Quarvik creates Entries and automatically maintains relationships between them — enter a relationship once and Quarvik handles both sides instantly, with no duplicate entry required.

Creating Hierarchical Relationships — Explode and Implode

See how Quarvik's Explode and Implode relationship types build hierarchical structures automatically — connect a parent Entry to its children and every inverse relationship is created and maintained for you.

Three concepts. Endless structure.

Every Quarvik system is built from three fundamental elements. No schema to design before you begin — the structure emerges naturally as you add information.

Universe
A local Quarvik file — your complete connected information system. Stored directly on your machine. No server, no account, no sync required.
Entries
The entities you want to understand in context — a company, person, country, event, project, piece of equipment, or anything else that matters to your work.
Components & Relationships
Components store information inside an Entry. Relationships connect Entries to each other — automatically maintaining both sides of every connection.

Four built-in ways to connect information.

Quarvik provides four relationship types that cover the full range of how real-world entities relate to each other — hierarchical, lateral, and custom.

With all four relationship types, the inverse relationship is automatically entered at the connected Entry. You enter a relationship once — Quarvik handles both sides. Automatically-created inverse relationships are flagged with [Auto] so you always know why a relationship appeared at an Entry you didn't directly edit. The [Auto] flag can be switched off from the main menu if you prefer a cleaner view.

Custom
Named relationships between any two Entries. Expressed as a readable statement rather than a technical edge label. The inverse relationship is automatically entered at the connected Entry, flagged [Auto].
Entry A →[relationship]→ Entry B
"owns 22% of"
"reports to"
"supplier to"
"predecessor of"
Explode
One Entry branches outward to multiple Entries. Used to represent hierarchical structures — a parent expanding to its children. Each child Entry automatically receives the corresponding Implode relationship, flagged [Auto].
Company
├─ Division A
├─ Division B
└─ Division C
Implode
Multiple Entries converge into a single parent Entry. Used to represent hierarchical structures — a child connected to its parent. Each parent Entry automatically receives the corresponding Explode relationship, flagged [Auto].
Division A ─┐
Division B ─┼─→ Company
Division C ─┘
Flat-Track
Connects peer entities that exist at the same level of a structure — lateral relationships between entities of equal standing. The reciprocal connection is automatically entered at the connected Entry, flagged [Auto].
Division A ↔ Division B ↔ Division C
"partner of"
"competes with"
"coordinates with"

Privacy

Quarvik respects your privacy.
Your data stays on your machine.

Quarvik runs entirely as local desktop software. Your Universes are stored as files on your own computer. There is no cloud account to create, no server your data passes through, and no usage information sent back. Your work remains under your direct control — always.

Privacy expectations that began with European regulation are now shaping user expectations worldwide. Quarvik's local-first architecture means your sensitive research, analysis, and organizational knowledge never leaves your machine unless you choose to move it yourself.

No Cloud Account No Server Dependency No Forced Updates No Usage Data Collected No Data Leaves Your Machine Local Files You Control

Quarvik and AI — local, private, and powerful.

For specialized workflows, Quarvik can be extended with an optional custom AI Command Layer that enables AI construction of private, local knowledge graphs.

Custom Development Service

Custom AI Command Layer

A local AI model can create Entries, add Components, build Relationships, and query Universes through controlled, validated Quarvik commands — tailored specifically to the customer's data and workflow.

Because the AI runs locally alongside Quarvik, your data never leaves your machine. No cloud API calls. No third-party model seeing your research, analysis, or organizational knowledge.

What the AI can do inside Quarvik:

→ Create and populate Entries from source data
→ Add Components to existing Entries
→ Build and maintain Relationships between Entries
→ Query Universes and surface connections
→ Operate through validated, controlled commands

All commands are scoped and validated — the AI operates within defined boundaries specific to your workflow, never with open-ended access to your system or data.

Private by architecture

Financial analysts, geopolitical researchers, and laboratory professionals routinely work with data that cannot be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any third-party server. A local AI working within Quarvik solves this problem completely — intelligence without exposure.

Controlled and validated

The AI operates through a defined command set tailored to your workflow — not as an open-ended agent with unrestricted access. Every action is validated before execution, keeping your Universe consistent and reliable.

Custom to your workflow

The Command Layer is built specifically for your data structure and operational needs — not a generic integration, but a purpose-built AI capability designed around how you actually work.
